Blackstone Country Club at Vistancia, located within the 7,100-acre Vistancia master plan in Peoria, will host the Seventh Annual Arizona Outdoor Adventures (AOA) Golf Tournament with a shotgun start at 8 a.m. on Monday, April 20, to raise funds for outdoor activities to positively impact children’s lives.
AOA was founded in 1997 with the mission to enrich children’s lives through fun outdoor activities in the peace and quiet of nature. Helping children become more in tune with the outdoors can help them gain respect for nature and help them make constructive decisions in everyday life.
Cost to enter is $750 per foursome, which includes a continental breakfast, an afternoon lunch, green fees and a cart. To register, go to www.golfaoa.com and complete the entry form. Payments can be made by check, credit card or PayPal.
Event participants will experience the award-winning Jim Engh designed course featuring dramatic terrain with deep, chiseled channels and black volcanic stone, while offering much-needed support for the local community.
